Forensic Interviewing
Overview of how the field of forensic interviewing has developed over time changing with updated research and the importance of having dedicated forensic interviewers in order to provide the best possible opportunity for victims to disclose abuse. She will explore the science and art of forensic interviewing; highlighting the importance of maintaining neutrality and best practices. Jennifer will review the stages of an effective interview and discuss considerations when testifying in court.
